II in Security Operations (Bridging Program) is to align the
student's previous qualifications with the new competencies
in the Cert II in Security Operations qualifications. The
program will develop a student's proficiency in the practical
application of security training, update first aid qualifications
and provide responsible service of alcohol training.

| Overview: The aim of the Certificate
III in Security Operations (Crowd Controller Licensing Renewal)
program is to further develop a student's proficiency in providing
operational security services including responding to security
risk situations, maintaining safety, leading teams and preparing
and presenting security documentation and reports. This program
must be completed prior to renewal of a crowd controllers
licence within 2 years on initial licensing. |

that satisfies training criteria for licensing of an unarmed
guard working in a control room or monitoring centre. The
course is designed for basic control room and monitoring centre
operations. |

program is to provide participants with an understanding of
safe systems of work relevant to robbery within their work
environment. The training strategy addresses three distinct
